Faros 2024 - PGI Crete, Grecia

Vidiano in purezza prodotto in quantità limitata sull'isola di Creta, culla di una tradizione vitivinicola millenaria. Ottenuto da uve autoctone, è vinificato con un approccio a basso intervento, fermenta e affina per 12 mesi sulle fecce fini. L'utilizzo combinato di acciaio e legni esausti permette di preservare la purezza varietale e di valorizzare la profondità espressiva del vitigno.

FAROS si distingue per freschezza, energia e struttura, interpretando con autenticità il carattere del terroir dell'isola.

Limited-production wine from Crete’s native Vidiano grape, grown on an island with millennia of winemaking history. Fermented and aged 12 months on fine lees with low intervention. A thoughtful combination of stainless steel and used barrels allows the purity and depth of the grape to shine.
