Bonora 2022, IGT Campania Aglianico

Limited-production 100% Aglianico from the Irpinia region, grown at 600 meters above sea level and harvested at the end of October. Made with a low-intervention approach, the grapes ferment spontaneously in stainless steel before aging for 20 months in used tonneau. The wine is naturally clarified and only gently filtered, then rests for several months in bottle prior to release.

Defined by altitude and a pronounced diurnal range, BONORA is structured and vibrant, revealing the depth and tension that characterizes Irpinia’s Aglianico.
